Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.


3. Refund Eligibility

If you are a first-time subscriber, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided that:

  • You have not made substantial use of the platform, including excessive submission of activities for correction, and
  • The request is made within the 7-day window from the original purchase date.

3.2 Renewals

Payments for subscription renewals are non-refundable.

It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing cycle.


3.3 Partial Periods

We do not provide refunds or credits for:

  • Partially used subscription periods
  • Unused time after cancellation

Once a billing cycle has started, it is considered consumed.

  • Cancellation prevents future billing
  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • Cancellation does not trigger a refund

  • Limit multiple refund requests from the same user
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that attempt to exploit the refund policy

8. Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your purchase, we strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback without prior contact may result in:
